Product Manager
About this role
A full-time Product Manager role in Abuja for someone with a strong consulting background, hands-on Agile experience and understanding of digital financial services and Open Banking. The position involves driving product strategy, managing the end-to-end lifecycle and delivering customer-centric solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What you would do
- Translate business requirements into product specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and manage product strategy, roadmaps and lifecycle prioritisation.
- Coordinate delivery with engineering, design, QA, operations and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, product demonstrations and feedback sessions.
- Monitor, interpret and act on product KPIs, adoption metrics and customer feedback.
- Communicate progress and product performance to stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis or related roles.
- Experience with Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with fintech, digital banking, Open Banking or related initiatives is highly desirable.
- Strong consulting experience including client engagement, requirements gathering and solution delivery.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence; good understanding of Open Banking concepts and API-driven financial services.
