Product Lead - Infrastructure
About this role
Supabase is seeking a Product Lead for the Infrastructure platform, responsible for building and guiding the product across compute, disks, networking, the API gateway, capacity and regions. The role also covers enterprise offerings built on the platform, such as read replicas, custom domains, PrivateLink and BYOC, along with security and compliance controls. You will lead the platform’s product managers, report to the Head of Product, and work with other product leads. The position is fully remote and global, with a focus on delivering reliability, security and enterprise value.
What you would do
- Build and lead the platform product team and coach PMs to own end-to-end roadmaps.
- Decide priorities each quarter and defend them, balancing enterprise unlocks, performance improvements and new capabilities.
- Own reliability and security as product surfaces and set service levels for customers.
- Engage with customers across developers, startups, enterprise architects and partners.
- Run the platform’s planning process, with PMs drafting statements of work, requirements and launch metrics.
- Ensure alignment across engineering, design and leadership and communicate roadmaps and dependencies.
What they are asking for
- 8+ years of product management experience on developer tools or infrastructure or have founded a company in this space.
- Experience building and leading a team of product managers and growing them to own their areas.
- Experience shipping cloud infrastructure as a product, owning compute, networking, storage, or multi-region/multi-tenant systems.
- Understanding of enterprise buying and security-review processes (e.g., PrivateLink, BYOC, compliance, procurement) is a plus.
- Ability to read architecture documents and participate in design discussions.
- Comfort working asynchronously and making decisions in writing.
