Product Growth Manager - User Acquisition & Retention (Remote)

Prestigious Consulting Group is seeking a remote, full-time Product Growth Manager to own user acquisition, activation, referrals and retention from scratch. The role targets candidates with 4-8 years of hands-on growth experience and a proven track record of growing a product or community from zero, with understanding of African or diaspora audiences.

What you would do

• Develop and execute a zero-to-one user acquisition and growth strategy
• Identify and scale high-performing channels including WhatsApp communities, social media, partnerships, referrals, influencers, organic content, and earned media
• Own the full user funnel: acquisition, activation, engagement, referral, and retention
• Conduct regular user interviews and focus groups to understand user needs, friction points, and retention drivers
• Design and optimise family invitation, referral, and viral growth loops
• Run weekly growth experiments across messaging, channels, creatives, and offers
