About this role

Turnkey Africa Limited seeks a Product / Delivery Business Analyst in Lagos. The role acts as a bridge between clients and development teams, ensuring project requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into software solutions. The BA will assist in project planning, scope management, and communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The position requires a solid understanding of business processes, strong communication, and proactive problem-solving. The employer develops and manages end-to-end insurance software solutions for African clients in multiple countries.

What you would do

• Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements for software issues and enhancements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into software solutions.
• Support incident and service request handling, including first-line diagnosis and escalation as needed.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance to validate fixes and enhancements before deployment.
• Maintain documentation of issue resolutions, troubleshooting steps, and customer interactions.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and keeping clients informed of progress.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to communicate updates and collaborate on solutions.
• Create training materials, FAQs and best practice documents for clients and staff.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organisation.
• Take part in team activities and act in an acting capacity when required for career growth.

What they are asking for

• Degree level qualification in information technology, computer science, B-Com or similar (highly regarded).
• Certification in information technology or software business analysis.
• Knowledge of insurance and/or accounting is advantageous.
• Understanding of software development methodologies and business process modelling.
• Demonstrated ability to define requirements, design, configure and test software products.
• Experience with TurnQuest Insurance Suite is an added advantage.
