Product and Technology Lead

Protégé Management is seeking a Product and Technology Lead to guide strategy and execution across mobility operations, EV charging, fleet intelligence, payments, collections, and digital ecosystem products. The role is based in Abuja and is a full-time position. The candidate will own the overarching product and technology roadmap, ensure scalable and secure platform growth, and bridge commercial goals with technical delivery. What you would do

• Define and execute the multi-year product and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate build vs buy, partner integrations, and vendor outsourcing to deliver scalable digital products.
• Direct system integrations with banks, PSPs, and transport networks.
• Architect and build platforms for fleet management, charging networks, payments, collections, and reporting.
• Oversee enterprise architecture, cloud infra, API strategy, data management, and cybersecurity.
• Instill agile development discipline, testing automation, documentation, and release management.
• Lead and mentor product managers, software engineers, and technology vendors.
• Ensure platform stability, high availability, regulatory compliance, and data security.
• Manage third-party technology vendors against SLAs and deliverables.
• Provide strategic technical input for proposals, bids, and partnerships.
