Procurement Technical Coordinator
About this role
Procurement Technical Coordinator roles involve managing subcontractor sourcing, evaluation and administration to support Desicon Engineering Limited’s EPC projects in Rivers. The position supports procurement, subcontract management and cost control for the Nigerian energy sector aimed at delivering compliant, value-for-money services.
What you would do
- Identify potential subcontractors through market research and supplier evaluation
- Issue and manage RFQs/RFPs to subcontractors and evaluate proposals
- Negotiate subcontract terms and conditions and ensure alignment with project and contractual requirements
- Maintain and monitor subcontract documentation, performance, schedules and costs
- Prepare reports on subcontract performance, expenditures and compliance
- Assist in cost estimates and bid preparation, and support estimations during bidding phase
