Procurement Operations Manager

What you would do
- Implement local procurement strategies with Category Managers.
- Manage operational and tactical purchasing for local needs not covered by the group.
- Coordinate contractor safety management on office premises.
- Oversee ethical activities of operational buyers.
- Set up and monitor internal SLAs for order processing times.
- Maintain relationships with service requesters and stakeholders.
- Generate and communicate weekly procurement reports.
- Maintain and utilise the procurement dashboard.
- Coordinate daily and weekly purchasing review meetings with planning team.
- Monitor supplier service levels and ensure compliance with internal controls.
