Procurement Operations Manager

What you would do

• Ensure 100% compliance to purchase orders generated.
• Prepare monthly reports of PRs raised and POs generated.
• Manage orders of goods and services to support reliability and target achievement.
• Coordinate daily and weekly purchasing operational review meetings with planning team.
• Propose supply agreements and blanket orders where opportunities arise.
• Handle full local operational purchasing for needs not covered by the group.
• Generate weekly stakeholder reports on procurement activity.
• Coordinate contractor safety management on office premises.
• Set up and ensure compliance with internal service level agreements for order processing.
• Monitor internal controls and cost control in ordering materials and services.
