What you would do

• Coordinate with internal departments to confirm material specifications and procurement needs.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases and purchasing documentation.
• Source suppliers and obtain quotations for materials, equipment and services.
• Follow up with suppliers on orders, deliveries and outstanding requests.
• Assist in preparing purchase orders, purchase requisitions and procurement reports.
• Support inventory monitoring and document received goods.
• Monitor market prices to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
