What you would do
- Use data and performance metrics to improve production operations.
- Prepare and present detailed production performance reports (efficiency, throughput, delivery reliability).
- Allocate resources including personnel, machinery and materials to optimise productivity.
- Create and update production schedules based on customer orders and demand changes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand order details and delivery requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory movements and order completion.
- Supervise production activities to meet schedules, quality standards and output targets.
- Implement best practices in production planning, workflow, and inventory control.
- Identify and resolve production issues with relevant departments to minimise downtime.
- Communicate production schedules clearly across departments to ensure timely execution.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, tracking and reporting.
