What you would do

• Source and evaluate suppliers for quality, price and reliability
• Liaise with vendors and resolve delivery, quality and payment issues
• Maintain accurate procurement records and files
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
• Prepare regular procurement reports for management
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams
• Request quotations, compare bids and negotiate prices and terms
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and track deliveries
