What you would do

• Source and purchase raw materials, packaging and consumables.
• Prevent stock-outs through proactive purchasing and liaise with the Inventory Officer for reorder planning.
• Maintain the approved supplier list and manage supplier relationships.
• Compare prices and negotiate value while ensuring quality, quantity and timely delivery.
• Raise purchase orders, maintain proper documentation and track deliveries; resolve supplier issues.
• Maintain procurement records (Google Sheets) and support audits and management reviews; protect against wastage and supplier dependency.
