Procurement Officer
About this role
A full-time Procurement Officer role at E-Terra Technologies Limited, based in Surulere, Lagos. The role focuses on sourcing quality goods and services at competitive prices, managing procurement processes, and maintaining accurate records in line with company policies. What you would do
- Plan and execute procurement activities to monitor requests, deliveries and outstanding orders
- Coordinate urgent procurement while following approval and control procedures
- Procure goods and services in right quantities, quality, price, and timelines
- Develop procurement plans aligned with budgets and operational needs
- Ensure all purchase requests are authorised before commitments
- Process purchase requisitions and issue RFQs, RFPs, and purchase orders
- Source suppliers, compare quotations, and assess supplier performance
- Negotiate prices, terms, delivery, warranties, and SLAs
- Maintain supplier relationships with transparency and fairness
- Monitor expenditures against budgets and prepare cost justifications

- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Procurement and related fields (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics)
- Professional certifications in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CILT) an advantage
- Postgraduate qualification in related field an advantage
- 5–8 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience
- Experience in technology, manufacturing, recycling, or industrial operations desirable
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and supplier management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, word processing, and procurement/inventory systems
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
- Good understanding of procurement processes, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- High integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
