What you would do

• Develop and implement procurement plans aligned with requirements and budgets.
• Source, evaluate and prequalify suppliers and service providers for oil and gas materials and services.
• Obtain quotations and bids and assess based on price, quality, delivery and terms.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, orders, bid evaluations and related procurement documents.
• Coordinate with technical, operations, project, finance, stores and logistics teams to confirm specifications and delivery schedules.
• Track procurement expenditure and prepare status and performance reports.

• Bachelor's degree or HND in a related field (Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering).
• 3 to 5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in oil and gas, engineering or industrial services.
• Professional certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is an added advantage.
• Experience in sourcing, vendor evaluation, purchase order administration, negotiations and procurement reporting.
• Knowledge of oil and gas procurement procedures and supplier prequalification.
• Proficiency in procurement documentation and data analysis; familiarity with ERP or procurement software is a plus.
