Procurement/Logistics Officer

What you would do

• Support end-to-end procurement activities for oil and gas projects.
• Source and engage local and international suppliers and OEMs.
• Prepare and issue RFQs and obtain competitive quotations.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
• Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with procedures.
• Coordinate deliveries, expediting and logistics to ensure timely supply.
• Liaise with internal teams to confirm specifications and requirements.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases and documentation.
• Support vendor registration, prequalification and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable oil and gas regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Sourcing, bidding, tendering and shipping experience.
• Five years' experience in procurement within the oil and gas sector.
• Knowledge of oil and gas materials, equipment and services procurement.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
