Procurement and Inventory Officer
About this role
A Procurement and Inventory Officer is needed to manage procurement activities and perform daily stock checks at construction sites. The role targets candidates with experience in site procurement and inventory management, preferably in the construction sector, and based in Abuja.
What you would do
- Maintain records of materials received, issued and remaining on site.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery.
- Verify delivered materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Visit the construction site daily to monitor stock and materials.
- Ensure documentation and accountability for all materials purchased and used on site.
- Prepare procurement and inventory reports for management.

- Reliable, detail-oriented and able to identify stock usage discrepancies.
- Experience in site procurement, stock control or construction inventory management.
- HND or BSc in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.

- 5–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction.
