Processing and Switching Officer
About this role
The Processing and Switching Officer will handle technical implementation and support for Payattitude system integrations and other new business initiatives in Lagos. The role involves analysing requirements, implementing solutions using shared infrastructure, and providing technical and administrative support to staff and banks.
What you would do
- Document and standardise all processes
- Develop functional and technical requirements for projects
- Implement new business solutions to meet go-to-market timelines
- Perform transaction testing with various banks
- Test and validate the functionalities of products and services
- Develop user and operations documentation for new solution projects and perform business analysis
What they are asking for
- First degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Applied Sciences
- Certification in RDMS Database, Project Management and Business Analysis (added advantage)
- Four to six years' experience in software support, usage or fintech operations
- Understanding of key IT concepts and electronic payments
- Ability to relate with clients to achieve business goals
- Technical knowledge in information technology with strong analytical skills and basic SQL capability
