What you would do
- Keep vehicle documents, insurance and records up to date with management.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean and presentable inside and out.
- Transport employer, passengers or authorised persons to destinations.
- Ensure timely arrival for appointments and errands.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling information.
- Comply with traffic laws and road safety requirements.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage or items as required.
- Monitor servicing schedules and report faults or maintenance needs.
- Plan routes efficiently and monitor traffic conditions; maintain journey records (fuel, mileage, expenses) as needed.
