A Standard Chartered Bank role in Abuja for a Relationship Service Officer who supports relationship managers to acquire, retain and deepen banking relationships, while delivering customer service and financial solutions in line with market trends and regulatory requirements.

• Support acquisition managers in acquiring, retaining and deepening client relationships
• Organise and follow up with leads, record appointments, and close customer requests
• Assist clients to meet financial needs as they progress through life stages
• Build long-term relationships and understand client financial needs to grow and protect wealth with suitable solutions
• Keep up to date with market trends, products and campaigns
• Deliver high-quality service to expand client relationships

• Minimum of a first degree
• At least 2 years of banking experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• CMFAS Certifications in Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services
• Experience in cash handling and customer servicing
