The Concept Group in Lagos is seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to develop and optimise pricing strategies across its products and services. The role involves analysing market trends, customer behaviour, competitor pricing and financial performance to support revenue growth, profitability and market competitiveness.
What you would do
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for the group's products and services.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify pricing opportunities and market trends.
- Monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities for price optimisation and revenue growth.
- Analyse pricing data, customer segments, demand and price sensitivity to support pricing decisions.
- Develop pricing strategies for new product launches, promotions and market expansion initiatives.
- Monitor key metrics such as revenue, profit margins, sales volume, market share and customer acquisition cost.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, commercial strategy, or a related role.
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
- Proven experience in pricing strategy development, implementation and optimisation.
- Strong knowledge of financial modelling, forecasting and revenue management.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving and communication skills.
