POS Technician (Osun)

What you would do

• Repair and maintain POS devices and related hardware across the network.
• Provide second-level hardware support for issues.
• Coordinate and manage Terminal Repair Centers.
• Collaborate with the hardware team to oversee end-to-end repair processes.
• Perform duties as assigned by the line manager.

• Minimum of BSc or HND.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to repair PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck and Topwise terminals.
• Experience with agency banking is an advantage.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong relationship and emotional intelligence skills.
• Self-driven with initiative and good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Proficiency in English.
• Residence in Osogbo.
