What you would do
- Escort guests to rooms and explain basic facilities as needed
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out

- Support guests with special needs and respond to enquiries professionally
- Keep entrance, lobby and porter stations neat and presentable
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Communicate guest requests to relevant staff and participate in shift handovers
- Follow hotel security procedures and maintain professional conduct
