Policy Support Intern

About this role

What you would do

• Programme survey instruments in SurveyCTO following best practices
• Supervise data collection to ensure high data quality
• Conduct data quality checks and fix issues during data collection
• Manage project finances including budgeting, expense tracking and financial reporting
• Liaise with principal investigators and partner organisations; provide updates to the Research Manager
• Prepare training materials for enumerator training

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Social Science or related field; graduate degree strongly preferred
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience in economics research, impact evaluations or international development
• Advanced Stata competency
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis
• Experience managing field data collection and project management in Nigeria; randomised controlled trials experience
• Fluency in English with strong writing and presentation skills; willing to travel at least 50% of the time
