What you would do

• Track audit findings and follow up on corrective actions
• Liaise with PTM entities and CMS team to keep policies compliant and updated
• Coordinate project updates and liaise with project leaders and SBAM team
• Develop, review, and update PTM policies, procedures, and process documentation
• Perform duties and projects as assigned by management
• Promote compliance with company policies and HSE requirements
• Support information management, data protection, and privacy initiatives
• Coordinate PTM responses with internal and external auditors
• Maintain and update the PTM risk register and suggest mitigations
• Manage PTM policy documents on the CMS portal and ensure timely reviews and publication
