Podcaster and Communications Officer

E-Terra Technologies Limited is hiring a Podcaster and Communications Officer in Lagos. The role focuses on translating technical and environmental topics into engaging content to educate the public, attract business opportunities and support the company’s position in the circular economy. The successful candidate will develop, produce and manage the company’s podcast and broader corporate communications, working closely with multiple departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and brand identity. What you would do
- Plan and produce podcast content with a consistent publishing schedule
- Coordinate recording sessions, production timelines, audio quality and post-production
- Develop a podcast strategy aligned with corporate communications and sustainability goals
- Identify credible guests and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Research, script, host, record, edit and publish podcast episodes in audio and video formats
- Create short-form clips, trailers and promotional materials from episodes
- Prepare interview questions and episode briefs with supporting research
- Support creation of corporate profiles, presentations and other materials
- Communicate company activities, milestones and partnerships to audiences
- Translate technical information for non-technical audiences to ensure clarity and accuracy

- Experience managing social media, editorial calendars and digital analytics
- Portfolio of published podcast episodes, videos, campaigns or articles
- Experience in audio/video recording, editing, scripting and interviewing
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Production, English or related field
- Experience in e-waste management, recycling, sustainability or technology communications preferred
