Podcast Host & Producer (Remote)
About this role
A fully remote role for an experienced podcast host and producer to lead a Maldives-focused show, handling guests, interviews and episode planning. Suited to someone with a background in hosting or producing podcasts or video/interview series and who can work to deadlines while remote.
What you would do
- Research and book guests such as resort managers, chefs and hospitality leaders
- Host and lead interviews on camera and audio
- Plan each episode including topic, research notes and run-of-show
- Manage shoots, including remote recordings and on-location events
- Collaborate with a video editor on final cut
- Contribute to shaping the show's format, schedule and social media clips

- 4+ years of experience hosting or producing a podcast, video show or interview series
- Examples of hosted or produced episodes or interviews (watch/listen)
- Strong spoken English and confident on-camera presence
- Proven guest research and outreach with track record of booking good guests

- Experience coordinating remote recordings and on-location shoots with crews and guests
