What you would do
- Install, maintain and repair water supply, drainage, sewage and plumbing systems.
- Install and repair pipes, valves, taps, toilets, sinks, water tanks, pumps and other fixtures.
- Identify and resolve leaks, blockages, pressure issues and other faults.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Carry out plumbing installations for new construction and renovations.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and urgent maintenance requests.
- Ensure work is completed safely and to required standards.
- Keep records of maintenance, repairs, materials and equipment used.
- Collaborate with the Facility Manager, maintenance team and contractors.
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and safely used.

- OND, Trade Test Certificate, Technical Certificate or equivalent in Plumbing/Building Services or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant plumbing experience.
- Practical knowledge of water supply, drainage, sewage, piping, pumps and fixtures.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot plumbing faults.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and safe working practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Physically fit for varied environments and project locations.
