Platform Adoption Officer
About this role
A Platform Adoption Officer is needed to support the rollout of LexMedical’s digital healthcare platform at partner hospitals in Lagos. The role is non-clinical and on-site, focusing on helping hospital staff, doctors and patients understand and use the platform, assist with appointments and follow-ups, and provide basic first-level support for platform issues. The officer will be temporarily deployed to assigned partner hospitals for a defined period to aid adoption and ensure self-sufficiency. The position involves working within LexMedical’s digital health operations and requires adherence to data protection and established workflows.
What you would do
- Provide first-level assistance with login, navigation, audio/video and connectivity issues.
- Support appointment scheduling, confirmation and basic follow-up coordination.
- Assist hospital staff during the early adoption and implementation period.
- Onboard hospital staff and doctors onto the LexMedical platform.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with data-protection requirements.
- Escalate technical, operational and clinical issues to the appropriate team.
- Route suitable appointments and follow-up services through the digital workflow.
- Track basic platform activity, issues and follow-up actions.
- Assist patients with accessing and navigating the digital service.
- Work onsite at partner hospitals and move between locations as required.
