LEAM Consulting Limited is hiring for a full-time Plantain Chips and Kuli-kuli Fryer in Ibadan, Oyo. The role involves processing plantain products for frying, including peeling and slicing, and producing finished items as required. What you would do
- Peel and slice plantain for frying
- Prepare plantain for frying and handle processing of plantain products
- Fry plantain chips and kuli-kuli as required
- Produce finished products according to requirements
- Maintain hygiene and safety during food preparation
- Follow standard operating procedures for frying and portioning
- Assist with basic food handling and packaging as needed
