Plant Maintenance Manager

About this role

The role is responsible for the daily management and supervision of the cement plant equipment maintenance team in a cement production environment. What you would do

• Lead the daily management and supervision of the maintenance team
• Develop and implement daily, overhaul, and preventive maintenance plans
• Organise on-site maintenance activities and track execution
• Manage maintenance staff attendance, allocations, assessments and training
• Monitor equipment operation, collect failure data and analyse issues
• Propose equipment improvements and maintenance optimisations
• Coordinate with production, technology and safety teams to ensure quality and cost control
• Oversee maintenance material management, spare parts statistics and reporting
• Prepare and submit maintenance reports
• Ensure long-term stable operation of production line equipment

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of cement plant equipment maintenance management experience
• Familiar with full-line cement production equipment
• Ability to manage a team and familiarity with maintenance systems and processes
• Proficient in mechanical failure diagnosis, maintenance planning and resource scheduling
• Strong planning, emergency response, and communication skills
• Basic Chinese communication ability preferred for coordination with Chinese management
