What you would do

• Act as a strategic HR partner to Plant Management on workforce planning and people strategy.
• Drive implementation of HR policies, frameworks and programmes in line with corporate directives.
• Support plant operations through manpower planning, recruitment and deployment of skilled talent.
• Manage employee relations and industrial relations issues in compliance with labour regulations.
• Lead performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews.
• Oversee learning and development initiatives and monitor HR metrics to improve productivity.

What they are asking for

• Minimum of 15 years progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years at Head of Department level.
• Plant or manufacturing operations experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or any of the Social Sciences disciplines.
• Additional degree/qualification in Engineering or related field is an added advantage.
• Must be a Chartered HR practitioner (CIPMN/SHRM/CIPD).
