Plant Accountant
About this role
The Plant Accountant will manage financial operations for a hospitality business, including record-keeping, reporting and compliance, and provide financial insights to support management decisions. The role targets candidates with accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, and a relevant degree.
What you would do
- Maintain financial records including accounts payable/receivable, payroll and general ledger
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
- Monitor budgets and control costs
- Ensure tax compliance and handle tax filings
- Collaborate with management on financial forecasts and business strategies
- Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies in financial records

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA is an advantage
- Experience in accounting, preferably in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
