About this role
Role is Pipelines Manager for OML 30, responsible for end-to-end management of crude oil and gas pipeline systems linking flow stations, manifolds and export terminals. The role ensures asset integrity, flow assurance and production uptime while overseeing security and stakeholder relationships in the Niger Delta, reporting to the GM Production Operations.
What you would do
- Oversee crude oil evacuation from OML 30 flow stations to export systems to meet production targets
- Implement pipeline integrity programs for ageing assets, including ILI and corrosion monitoring, and maintain the Pipeline Integrity Management System
- Implement pipeline surveillance and loss-prevention measures, coordinating with host communities and security agencies
- Coordinate alternative evacuation options and contingency plans to reduce production deferments
- Lead pipeline replacement, repair and upgrade projects and drive brownfield modifications
- Lead pipeline teams across multiple OML 30 locations and uphold HSSE standards
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Petroleum or Civil Engineering; COREN registration strongly preferred
- 12–15 years of experience in upstream oil and gas pipeline operations
- Proven experience with Niger Delta onshore assets and crude evacuation systems
- Strong expertise in pipeline integrity management (corrosion control, pigging, inspection), flow assurance and SCADA/leak detection
- Experience with Trans Forcados or similar export systems is advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities in a high-risk field environment
