Pharmacy Technician
About this role
A full‑time Pharmacy Technician role based in Lekki, Lagos, within a network of mental health and pharmaceutical services. The position targets individuals with pharmacy technical qualifications and relevant experience who can support drug dispensing, inventory, and patient counselling.
What you would do
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify and resolve problems
- Instruct patients on drug dosage and dietary requirements
- Monitor and audit drug inventory and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain patient, inventory and registry records
- Dispense, label and package prescribed drugs and counsel patients on usage
- Provide clinicians with information on proper drug therapy and monitor treatment effectiveness

- Current practising licence where applicable
- Pharmacy Technician qualification/certificate from an accredited institution
- Knowledge of prescription interpretation and medication terminology within the technician scope
- Practical knowledge of pharmacy operations, dispensing support, stock management and inventory control
- 2–3 years’ relevant work experience in a healthcare setting
- Current registration with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria as a Pharmacy Technician
