A Pharmacy Technician is needed to provide remote customer and patient support for Drugstore Nigeria, serving as the first point of contact for medication and order questions. The role is suitable for someone with pharmacy or healthcare experience who can communicate clearly and work remotely from Lagos.
What you would do
- Handle customer and patient inquiries via phone, chat and email
- Answer questions about medications, dosages, usage and availability
- Process and follow up on prescription orders and refills
- Escalate clinical or complex cases to the supervising pharmacist
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Identify and report safety, compliance or stock issues
