About this role
The role is for a practising pharmacist to provide dispensing and clinical pharmacy services. It involves medicines management, pharmacovigilance and collaboration within a multidisciplinary hospital team. What you would do
- Dispense medicines accurately and provide clinical input to patient care.
- Support procurement, storage, stock control and distribution of medicines.
- Manage and document controlled medicines in line with PCN and national requirements.
- Contribute to formulary management, medicines information and pharmacovigilance.
- Participate in quality assurance, audits and continuing professional development.
