About this role
A Personal Driver is sought to provide dedicated driving services for an individual in Lagos. The role focuses on safe, timely, and comfortable transportation while keeping the vehicle in excellent condition and maintaining confidentiality. The driver should be punctual, discreet, courteous, and familiar with Lagos roads, traffic, and defensive driving. What you would do
- Provide safe, reliable and timely transportation for official and personal engagements.
- Plan routes ahead of trips to avoid delays and navigate Lagos traffic effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer's movements and personal information.
- Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, fueled, and in good working order.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Ensure servicing, vehicle documentation, insurance, and roadworthiness are up to date.
- Follow traffic laws and practice defensive driving.
- Assist with errands, pickups, drops-offs and other driving-related duties.
- Record fuel purchases, maintenance and other approved vehicle expenses.
- Be flexible with working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
