Personal Assistant to the Managing Director – Factory Matters

About this role

The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director – Factory Matters is a full-time role that supports the MD in day-to-day oversight of factory operations, including data analysis, performance tracking and coordinating MD directives across factory departments. The position is based in Ibafo, Ogun.

What you would do

• Attend daily/weekly production meetings with the MD; record minutes and track action points to closure.
• Monitor, analyse and report production KPIs including output, downtime, OEE, yield, quality, waste and safety.
• Create dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI to provide insights and trends to the MD.
• Act as a liaison between the MD and factory management; prepare executive briefs, presentations and factory performance reports for the MD and Board.
• Schedule and coordinate the MD’s factory visits, inspections and meetings; escalate urgent factory issues to the MD with data and recommendations.
• Track MD directives related to factory projects, CAPEX, cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.

What they are asking for

• BSc/HND in Pharmacology or related discipline.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a production/manufacturing factory; FMCG or Pharmaceutical experience is an advantage.
• Experience working closely with senior management or in an operations coordination role.
• Familiarity with production processes, GMP, HSE and factory KPIs.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar dashboard tools; ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); strong communication, analytical mindset, and ability to work with minimal supervision; high integrity.
