People & Systems Manager
About this role
A People & Systems Manager is sought to organise operations, HR and systems for a premium bridal fashion brand in Lagos. The role focuses on building and optimising processes, data workflows and automation using a managing platform like Zoho, to support efficient, accountable operations across departments.
What you would do
- Coordinate day-to-day business operations and translate priorities into actions with owners and deadlines.
- Develop, document and improve SOPs, workflows, approvals and operational controls.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers; identify bottlenecks and issues before escalation.
- Coordinate execution across Sales, Product/Production, Finance, Retail and other functions; manage commitments with customers, inventory and vendors.
- Own implementation and ongoing optimisation of a connected business-management platform (eg Zoho); map processes to digital workflows and automate routines.
- Train employees on systems, monitor compliance, and manage external Zoho/system specialists when needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, HR, Management, Information Systems or related field.
- Around 5 years of relevant experience in operations, HR/people management, process improvement or organisational systems.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho applications; experience with other ERP/CRM or integrated platforms.
- Experience mapping processes, configuring workflows, improving system adoption and using automation/reporting to boost execution.
- Practical HR administration, performance management, training coordination, and employee lifecycle experience.
- Strong project-management, documentation, analytical and communication skills.
