What you would do

• Maintain staff records, contracts and Zoho People system.
• Produce monthly HR reports covering headcount, attrition, absence and payroll changes.
• Run KPI setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and probation reviews.
• Prepare payroll inputs and handle pension, HMO and statutory remittances with Finance.
• Support employee relations cases and policy compliance.
