People Operations Coordinator

About this role

The People Operations Coordinator supports HR operations for EHA Clinics in Abuja, delivering employee‑centred services across the full employee lifecycle. The role combines frontline HR support with administrative duties such as data management, payroll and benefits administration, and probation and confirmation processes.

What you would do

• Act as first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, benefits, payroll and workplace matters
• Maintain accurate HR data and documentation to support compliance, decision-making and trust
• Administer the eNPS survey end to end, including distribution, analysis and reporting with actionable recommendations
• Plan and deliver employee engagement activities, such as wellness programmes, recognition events, and team-building
• Coordinate benefits enrolment, changes and renewals; liaise with vendors and educate employees on available benefits
• Manage probation tracking and prepare confirmation letters, updating HRIS and flagging concerns to the HR Manager

What they are asking for

• 2-4 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or coordinator role
• Experience in at least three of: HR helpdesk/employee support, payroll administration, benefits coordination, HR documentation/compliance, engagement surveys, or HR reporting
• Hands-on experience administering eNPS or engagement surveys, including analysis and action planning
• Proven track record managing probation and confirmation processes
• Experience with HRIS platforms (eg BambooHR, Workday, SAP, or similar) and payroll systems
• Strong attention to detail, systems‑savvy mindset and commitment to a positive employee experience
