People & Culture Officer

What you would do

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of People & Culture processes
• Assist with recruitment and selection activities and onboarding for new staff
• Coordinate performance management processes and documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records and People & Culture documentation
• Develop, review and implement people policies, procedures and SOPs
• Respond professionally to questions and concerns from staff about People & Culture matters
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate communication and interview scheduling
• Coordinate probation, confirmation processes and related records
• Support payroll inputs, leave and benefits administration where required
• Prepare HR dashboards and reports to support decision-making
