People Coordinator

About this role

Role: People Coordinator for Glocient Hospitality at Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort in Ekiti. The role supports the delivery of People, Culture and Operations, with focus on onboarding, staff engagement and policy compliance to create a positive employee experience in a hospitality setting.

What you would do

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, including documentation, schedules and inductions.
• Introduce new employees to Glocient culture, values, policies and service standards.
• Act as the first point of contact for new staff during settling-in.
• Maintain accurate employee records and files using company software.
• Support payroll inputs by recording attendance, leave and staff movements and submitting them.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and guidelines and promote adherence to ethics, conduct, culture and labour regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in HR operations, people coordination or administration (hospitality experience is an advantage).
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment with discretion and integrity.
