PebbleScore is building behavioural credit infrastructure for Africa. The People and Operations Associate will own the lender side of the flywheel, closing warm deals and signing institutions to realise the Marketplace, with an aim to support the February 2027 fundraising with a lender network that investors can see. The role is in a small team with a direct line to the CEO and involves a product suite not offered by others.
