Payroll Supervisor

What you would do

• Process payroll in compliance with Nigerian labour and tax regulations and submit PAYE, pension and other deductions to the authorities.
• Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely salary disbursement and bank transfers.
• Maintain confidential payroll records, handle employee queries and support HR with benefits and allowances.
• Use payroll software or HRIS and drive process improvements and audits.

• 4 to 6 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably in a structured organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian payroll, PAYE, pension and other statutory deductions.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
