What you would do

• Greet patients on arrival and guide them through check-in while updating demographics
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments for eye doctors, diagnostics and consultations
• Handle check-in/check-out tasks including insurance verification, pre-authorisations, payments, and receipts
• Coordinate patient flow between general check-ups, eye scans, and optical shop pick-ups
• Conduct floor rounds to comfort patients and explain hospital layouts
• Handle first-level patient complaints and coordinate quick resolutions with relevant departments
• Maintain Electronic Medical Records and process patient feedback forms
• Support administrative tasks related to billing and documentation as needed
• Liaise with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a stress-free patient journey
• Ensure privacy and accuracy of patient information throughout the visit

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Healthcare Management or Hospitality Management
• 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service, front-office, hospitality or healthcare settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems or Electronic Health Records
• Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology, billing processes and insurance workflows
• Strong communication and active listening skills
