The Partnerships Coordinator role focuses on driving demand and supply generation and managing stakeholders within a defined Nigerian territory to ensure Zipline’s services are used by health facilities and integrated into local health systems. The position reports to the Nest Lead and collaborates with the S&P team to grow volumes and improve brand visibility through field partnerships and community engagement. It involves supporting health facilities, coordinating campaigns, and maintaining up-to-date stakeholder records. The role requires travel about 40% of the time and aims to align with country objectives set by the S&P team. What you would do

• Serve as the main liaison for health facilities in the region and address issues while incorporating customer feedback.
• Analyze order and delivery data, conduct site visits, and provide tailored training to boost service use by onboarded facilities.
• Engage health stakeholders to integrate Zipline into supply planning and maintain stock buffers to support organic orders.
• Coordinate medical and vaccine campaigns and ensure Zipline is included in regional delivery planning.
• Maintain and update the stakeholder database with accurate contact records.
• Develop relationships with community leaders and regulators to support operations and future expansions.
• Plan and execute community events to improve Zipline's local goodwill.
• Collaborate with S&P to organise nest tours, media visits, and influencer activities for brand visibility.
• Represent Zipline in regional and district meetings with health authorities and partners.
• Prepare periodic stakeholder reports with insights and recommendations.
