Partnership Manager
About this role
The Partnership Manager at De Santiago Milan Hotel and Suites in Lagos will lead partnership development, resource mobilisation and stakeholder engagement with a focus on securing institutional and individual donors. What you would do
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with corporates, foundations, development agencies, government institutions and other stakeholders
- Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with organisational priorities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners and donors
- Negotiate and coordinate partnership agreements, MoUs, and collaboration frameworks
- Track partnership deliverables, milestones, outcomes and impact metrics
- Maintain a partnership and donor database and prepare performance reports

- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Development Studies, Business Administration, Communications or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in partnerships, resource mobilisation, fundraising or business development within the NGO/not-for-profit or international development sector in Nigeria
- Proven track record of securing grants, corporate sponsorships or institutional funding
- Demonstrated experience developing, negotiating and managing strategic partnerships
- Established relationships within corporate Nigeria, particularly CSR/ESG, and a strong network among international development organisations and funding partners
- Strong grant and proposal writing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills; excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency in MS Office; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
