Partnership Inventory Dispatch Officer (Lagos)

Salpha Energy is seeking a Partnership Inventory Dispatch Officer in Ikorodu, Lagos. The role focuses on end-to-end management of inventory allocated to partners, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement and delivery to partnership branches across the state. What you would do

• Track deliveries and provide status updates to relevant parties.
• Optimise delivery schedules to reduce lead times and improve efficiency.
• Ensure products dispatched to branches are in good condition.
• Plan disbursement strategies across branches based on route mapping.
• Serve as the main contact for branches and partners regarding deliveries and inventory.
• Interface with Branch Managers and CSOs to facilitate sales and remittance of funds.
• Sensitise partners and customers about product offerings at union meetings.
• Maintain records of products disbursed and update stock levels.
• Prepare documentation for inventory dispatch, including delivery notes and receipts.
• Generate reports on stock levels, dispatch activities and partner performance.

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in partnership/retail sales, inventory management, logistics planning or a similar role (FMCG preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Willingness to travel within Lagos state.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of location landscape and route mapping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting.
• Must reside close to the job location and demonstrate high integrity.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, engineering and logistics.
