What you would do

• Plan product disbursement strategies across assigned branches based on route mapping.
• Coordinate products dispatched to branches ensuring good condition of items.
• Optimize delivery schedules to reduce lead times and improve efficiency.
• Track deliveries and provide regular status updates to relevant parties.
• Serve as primary contact for branches and partners regarding product deliveries and inventory queries.
• Provide timely updates on product availability, delivery schedules and stock levels to partners.
• Interface with Branch Managers and CSOs to ensure rapid sales and remittance of funds.
• Maintain accurate records of products disbursed to branches.
• Regularly update inventory databases reflecting stock movements, deliveries and returns.
• Prepare and manage documentation for inventory dispatch including delivery notes and branch confirmations.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in partnership/retail sales and management, inventory management, logistics planning or similar role, preferably in FMCG.

• Excellent reporting and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of location landscape and route mapping.
